David Cronin - Artist/Writer

David Cronin received a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Studio) from the University of Ottawa and since then has worked as an illustrator in a variety of capacities such as set design for theatre, designing and marketing T-shirts (Nutaaq) and co-founding The Cartoon Clinic which produced a series of animated claymation shorts which were distributed through Ouat Media.  Since he can remember, David has been interested in drawing, making and thinking about comics but Poison Frog is his first formal venture in this area. He hopes that those of you who share his deep appreciation and love of the absurd will find that his unique visual style and story telling resonates.  

Rainer Ludwig  - Writer

Focusing primarily on comedy, I have been writing stories, film scripts, sketches and jokes for a very long time. Beginning my creative endeavours while a student in university, I have been involved in the composition of routines for live-action comedy ensembles, cable television programs and radio plays. In the last few years I have partnered with artist/writer David Cronin in the creation of tv and film scripts and a series of short animated films. Presently, we are producing our own unique brand of comic books and graphic novels. Hope you enjoy the pictures and the jokes!
